About Thinking began in New Zealand in 2016, helping leaders and teams tackle problems through non-traditional thinking. Our early training covered critical thinking, problem-solving, resilience and team dynamics.

Today, we combine that foundation with AI, software development and business change. Between us, we have delivered apps and integrations, and developed and published AI First Ways of Working. We help clients connect AI with their knowledge, systems and processes so the benefits extend beyond individual users to the wider organisation.

Dave has spent more than 25 years leading technology programmes and helping organisations change how they work. His experience includes sales, marketing, digital product delivery and app development, giving him a broad understanding of how an idea becomes something customers want and teams can deliver.

A qualified coach and certified SAFe® SPC, Dave has worked across countries and cultures, bringing business teams and offshore technology partners together.

Dave helps clients clarify the problem, decide what is worth pursuing and organise the people and work needed to deliver it. For AI initiatives, that includes helping teams adopt new approaches and apply them in their everyday work.

Anthony designs and delivers technology for complex business problems. He has more than 15 years’ experience across business analysis, architecture and delivery, including loyalty platforms, cloud services, systems integration, cybersecurity, digital identity and biometrics.

His international work involves collaboration with airlines, airports, governments and industry partners across Australia, Asia, North America and Europe. He has shared practical security and identity insights at FIDO’s Authenticate conference, IATA events and Identiverse.

Anthony helps clients assess technical options, test ideas and build applications, integrations and AI solutions—with security, privacy and customer experience considered from the outset.
